2025 R&D Milestones and “Soft Power” Growth
Throughout 2025, Yiyang Hongyuan Rare Earth continued implementing its innovation-driven strategy and achieved significant progress in talent cultivation, research output, platform development, and intellectual property. One employee was selected for a national-level special talent program. Two academic papers were published during the year, and two previously published papers received First and Second Prizes at the 2025 Hunan Provincial Natural Science Outstanding Paper Awards. The company also received approvals under the Hunan Provincial Key Science and Technology Program, the Furong Plan Young Scientific and Technological Innovation Talent Program, and the Yiyang Senior Engineer Studio Program. During the year, four patent applications were filed and four patents granted, further enhancing the company’s technological innovation capabilities.
