Notice on Publishing the 2022 Annual Evaluation Results of Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center

All municipal and prefectural bureaus of industry and information technology, and all relevant enterprises:

According to the requirements of the Administrative Measures of Hunan Province for the Identification of Enterprise Technology Centers, our department organized a review and evaluation of 274 provincial enterprise technology centers, including 40 "excellent", 215 "qualified" and 19 "unqualified". See the annex for the specific evaluation results.

255 enterprises whose evaluation results are "excellent" or "qualified" will continue to retain the qualification of "Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center", which is valid until December 2025. If the evaluation result is "unqualified", the qualification of "Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" will be revoked.

The enterprises in which provincial enterprise technology centers are located should actively play the main role of innovation, further increase the input of innovation elements, comprehensively strengthen the construction of technology centers, organize the research and development of new technologies, new products and new processes, master more core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, and timely report the technological innovation work of enterprises as required, so as to implement the strategic positioning, mission and tasks of "three high and four new" in our province Promote high-quality development and make new and greater contributions.
